WHO IS A BLESSED AND HAPPY MAN?

INTRODUCTION:

The notion of happiness and blessing in the Scriptures often transcends worldly definitions. Blessings can go all wrong, when God is not in it. True happiness is driven by divine blessings.

Matthew 5:3-12 (The Beatitudes): Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven...

Proverbs 3:13-18: Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.

James 1:12: Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Comments

  1. God bless you richly sir for this exposition. Amen.
    Romans 4:9-17 KJV
"Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness....
[16] Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
[17] (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were."

Whosoever will open his/her heart to these words and believe them can benefit from these blessings.
